October 2014 Wrap Up!

Ohayo guys! This is my wrap up for the books which I have read last month!

1. First I finished Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins in the beginning of the month. 4.5⭐ / 5 for this book.

2. Next I finished reading Scarlet by Marissa Meyer, it was a really good book! 
4⭐/5 for this book! 
Review: 
I love Wolf, like he is just really cool, giving off this mysterious vibe. However, Thorne makes me just so irritated and I feel like sewing his mouth up for once. He could not stop gloating over himself and always give some 'smart' answers that are not needed. 
I didn't enjoy Cinder's part of the story until about 80% of the book when the truth came out. I preferred Scarlet's story and her whole adventure with Wolf. He is just so scary yet charming at the same time!
This story was just so sad halfway through, I was just so kept up with the whole story especially pass the middle where everything started to get really fast pace. 
Love this story, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I did with the first book, Cinder. 
3. Within a week, I finished Between the Spark and the Burn by April Genevieve Tucholke! 
4⭐/5! 
Review:
I didn't like this book as much as I liked the first book. This book was really confusing, and it's not helping with all this plot twists. Maybe it's also because I read the first book like about a year ago, and can't exactly remember all the important details. But oh well, it was still okay when I read this book. 
What I hate about this book:
The plot twists.... It did come as a shocking twist and will throw you off your seats, but then it doesn't exactly make sense and the story didn't went very smoothly in some places. I also dislike the ending. This is a duology, but the ending... It seems like it is leading to a third book... It doesn't feel very satisfying after reading it as I was just so confused and have no idea what was going on...

I didn't like how River was in this book as well.

Initially I thought that Neely was a young child, turns out to be a hot teenage guys like River... Oops... 
This book was just so insane and really really fast paced, which is what I really liked about this book.
4⭐ for this book!

4. Last but not least, I finished Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma! 

4⭐/5 also! If anyone of you who wants to read this book, warning: Do not read this when you are in a bad mood and only if okay with M18 Scenes...

All right, that is all for my October Wrap Up! At least I managed to read 4 books which is YAY! :D
